Hi, I’m Talia, the photographer and heart behind Honey and Pine Photography, a Reno, Nevada newborn and family photography studio. I’ve been documenting life’s most meaningful moments since 2012.
After spending six years in the wedding industry, I felt pulled toward a different season of storytelling, one that focuses on growing families. Transitioning into newborn, maternity, and family photography felt like the most natural step, allowing me to capture the quiet, fleeting moments that make this stage of life so special.
Today, I specialize in organic, lifestyle newborn photography in Reno, creating soft, creamy, and timeless images that feel authentic and full of connection. My goal is always to document the real beauty of early parenthood. The tiny details, gentle moments, and the love that fills a home during those first precious weeks.
With a background in Human Development and Family Studies, along with the perspective of being a mother myself, I bring patience, understanding, and a calm approach to every session. Working with babies, toddlers, and growing families is truly where my heart is.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me spending time with my two beautiful children and our fur babies. I love blasting 2000s emo music, exploring new places, and indulging in a good bowl of pho. I also have a serious weakness for cookies and cream ice cream. While photography is my passion, my family and friends are the true inspiration behind everything I create.

Honey represents the sweetness of newborns, growing families, and the tender moments of early parenthood that I’m honored to capture.
Pine reflects the natural beauty of the Reno–Tahoe area, whose landscapes and light inspire the organic, timeless style that defines my work.
In 2026, I opened my downtown Reno studio, a cozy space designed specifically for relaxed, lifestyle newborn and family photography sessions. Here, I create natural, light-filled images that focus on connection, softness, and the little details that make this season of life unforgettable.
